Effective 24 October 2026 · Rec Coach by Swift AppGen Solutions

The short version

Rec Coach has no account, no ads and no analytics. Everything stays on your device.

What the app stores

Your team names, player first names, attendance, game minutes, practice plans and snack rota. This is stored on your device only (in the browser's local storage for the web version).

What leaves your device

Only what you choose to share: when you tap Share or Export, the text or file goes to the app you pick (Messages, Mail, Files and so on). We don't see it.

Purchases

Rec Coach Plus is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). They process payment and tell the app whether Plus is active; the app re-checks this with the store when it starts. We don't receive your payment details.

Children

Rec Coach is for adult coaches. It collects no personal information from anyone; player names you type stay on your device.

Your choices

You can view, edit, back up or delete all data in the app at any time. Because we hold no copy, we can't recover data you delete or lose with a device; please keep a backup.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
